RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In case you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days. Some of our sellers will offer longer returns periods but we require 30 days at a minimum. If your product was sent tracked, the 30 day window begins when the delivery takes place. If your product wasn't sent tracked, the 30 day window begins on the last day of the estimated delivery date. When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

Our Returns Process

To return your product, simply:

1.    Go to the Orders page in your Mereje Marketplace account

2.    Find the order with the product you'd like to return

3.    Click the 'Return Items' button and select a reason for your return

4.    Indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange

After this process, your seller will confirm your return and provide any additional details you need. Please don't return the item to your seller without their confirmation.

We kindly advise you to send your return tracked for your own peace of mind and to cover you in the event of any courier delays.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.

When To Expect Your Refund

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional three to five business days to process your return fully and issue your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

Sometimes, the refund timing to a prepaid card depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issuer. If you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. It can be used toward future purchases on the account it's stored in. We'd love to make it instant but these time scales are totally out of our control.
